After reading her reviews, one in particular stood out to me, the review from Janice P. I have a hoarding tendency and struggle with major depression and anxiety, so reaching out for help wasn\u2019t easy. I hesitantly scheduled a consultation with Kelly, but almost canceled at the last minute. I was so embarrassed by my home that I usually don\u2019t let anyone inside. But Kelly was incredibly kind and reassured me that I didn\u2019t have to go through with anything I wasn\u2019t ready for.<br \/><br \/>\n\t                I was waiting on my front porch for them and when they stepped onto my porch I started to panic and Kelly just reached out her arms and hugged me and told me it was okay. I opened my door and Kelly and her son, Sam, came into my home. Sam was so polite and well-mannered, and neither of them showed even a hint of judgment. They asked me to walk them through my home and asked questions gently, with the most important being, \u201cAre you ready to let go of things you\u2019ve been holding onto all this time?\u201d I wasn\u2019t entirely sure, but I was willing to talk it over.<br \/><br \/>\n\t                Kelly suggested we grab some coffee and discuss everything further, so the three of us went to Starbucks. I asked them countless questions, and both Kelly and Sam had patient, thoughtful answers. Little by little, my embarrassment and stress started to lift. They assured me they\u2019d take on the stress and make the process as easy as possible.<br \/><br \/>\n\t                At that time, I decided to think things over a bit more. Kelly told me that was perfectly okay, to take all the time I needed, and that I knew how to find her when I was ready. After some time, I finally called and told her I was ready to change my home.<br \/><br \/>\n\t                The process took time, and it wasn\u2019t cheap, but with Kelly and Sam\u2019s guidance, I began to see a way through it. I had so much to go through, and they helped me make decisions on what to keep, toss, or donate. They worked with me at my pace, letting me take breaks whenever I needed. For the items I was uncertain about, Sam suggested taking pictures and creating a photo album so I could still hold onto the memories. It was a wonderful idea, and it helped tremendously.<br \/><br \/>\n\t                It took about a month, but my home is finally done. I can walk through my home with a smile and truly feel at peace. For the first time in years, I am looking forward to the holidays. Time was of the essence and fortunately, she responded almost immediately with a reassuring confirmation that she&#8217;d be available to help. She arrived, on time, with her 19 yr old son, Sam, who quite honestly might have been the sweetest, most kind young man I&#8217;ve ever met in my life. They were both so very personable and delightful to talk to, it was difficult to break away and let them pack up the kitchen while I worked on the upstairs&#8230;I tend to be chatty. At my husband&#8217;s insistence, I went upstairs to pack and left them with minimal guidance (&#038; paltry packing supplies) yet they made do just fine. I&#8217;m SO relieved that I had Kelly pack up my grandmother&#8217;s crystal and other family heirloom breakables as I&#8217;m definitely not nearly as good a packer as she is! Everything she packed up made it cross country unscathed!
